We knew from the first time we met with Mitzi and Will that we were going to love working with them. Their engagement session in Gastown and Coal Harbour confirmed that as it was so wonderful seeing such comfortability between these two. You immediately knew that these two were meant for each other and we very much look forward to documenting their wedding at Stanley Park Pavillion later this year!
Having met Amy and Jerry last fall, hearing where they got engaged (Sunset Beach) and their upcoming wedding venue (The View), we have been counting down the days to their engagement session! This beautiful day started off in Stanley Park at Prospect Point and ended with a sunset over, quite fittingly, Sunset Beach. We are ecstactic to be photographing their wedding at The View in North Vancouver this summer!
We met Elizabeth and Charles through the wedding of Vivian and Rick in Vancouver last year and we were honoured when they decided to have us photograph their wedding this August! Starting out in Stanley Park under cherry blossom trees, these two showed a comfortability with each other that made this engagement session go effortlessly. We soon found oursevles inside the Marine Building in Coal Harbour. Getting the opportunity to photograph inside the Marine Building in downtown Vancouver was a special treat. The Art Deco details set the backdrop perfectly with Elizabeth and Charles shining in the spotlight. We are very much excited to be photographing the wedding of these two this summer!
Cherry blossom season is a beautiful yet fleeting moment in Vancouver. Combined with the rainy days of Spring, it is often a challenge to find a clear day for an engagement session. However, Emi and Kevin braved the elements and were full of smiles during the entire time. We can’t wait to document their wedding at UBC Boathouse in the fall!
On a cold February afternoon, we got the opportunity to document Fatima & Houssainne’s engagement session in Stanley Park, Vancouver, BC. These two braved the frigid temperatures; however, warm and loving hearts prevailed as their session was full of laughter and merriment. We very much look forward to their wedding at Swaneset Bay Resort and Country Club this summer!
On a wintry, wonderful day in January, Jenny and Victor had their engagement session at Queen Elizabeth Park in Vancouver, BC. The combination of the beautiful architecture of Bloedel Conservatory and the nature of the park made for a incredible backdrop to showcase the love between these two wonderful humans. We cannot wait for their wedding this summer!
On a beautiful day in September, we had the pleasure of documenting the wedding of Jennifer & Derek at Rosewood Hotel Georgia in Vancouver, BC. Having known Jennifer for some time prior, it was a privilege to be trusted to capture every detail of her and Derek’s special day. There are a few couples who have made a big impact on us in our years of shooting. Felicia and Kenneth are definitely one of them. Their story on how arrived to the alter is memorable and inspiring. On a beautiful and warm summer’s day, we celebrated their wedding by documenting every breath, surrounded by close family and friends at Shaughnessy Golf and Country Club in Vancouver, BC. Having met Jenny & Kevin for their engagement session in Gastown earlier in the year, we were very much excited to document their wedding! Our morning began on a warm summer’s day in Burnaby where we witnessed an intimate Chinese Tea Ceremony. We soon found ourselves at Deer Lake Park for a light-hearted first look and portraits before travelling to Yaletown Roundhouse in Vancouver. The ceremony and reception was at one of our favourite venues, Brix & Mortar in Yaletown where we captured their beautiful evening amongst close family and friends. We would like to congratulate Jenny & Kevin on a beautiful wedding and thank them for having us! Best wishes to both of you on a wonderful marriage!
