Nestled in a quieter part of North Burnaby lies a beautiful row cherry blossom trees that overhangs over a short path. With these tress reaching full bloom, we had little choice but to photograph Sharon and Gary's engagement on a blustery and rainy day. However, these two were not perturbed by the rain and totally embraced the inclement weather. With warm hearts and insatiable laughter, the documentation of Sharon and Gary's engagement session made us excited for their summer wedding at Hycroft!Read More
When the day finally arrived for Samantha and Jimmy’s wedding we truly believe their families couldn't have waited a moment longer. The best part is, neither could they! Traveling back in time to their years spent, faces in books, barely being able to look up because as you can imagine going to medical school at Yale University is serious business. This absolutely made-for-each-other couple spent a gorgeous sunny day at the end of May bearing witness to what can happen when you do glance up and discover the one you love looking back at you.Read More

We had the great pleasure getting to know Karen and Bill prior to their wedding as we photographed their beautiful cherry blossom engagement in Vancouver earlier in the spring. This couple is so spectacular as anyone can really see how much they love and care for each other. Our rainy morning began in Richmond and Vancouver which included both of them getting ready and traditional Chinese door games. After which, we made our way to Riverway Golf Course and Clubhouse in Burnaby for a traditional wedding Chinese Tea Ceremony. Bill, co-founder of Art of Stance, drove a special Golf GTI which made for a unique and stunning entrance to the Clubhouse. It was a beautiful indoor ceremony that was light and fun for the two newly weds and their guests. Following the family portraits, we headed out to Deer Lake Park to photograph Karen and Bill's portrait session and utilized the garden area behind Burnaby Art Gallery The ceremony back at Riverway Golf Course was full of laughter and cheer. The two newly weds kept everything elegant and simple and their feelings for each other were written all over their faces. It was a pleasure photographing Karen and Bill's wedding.Read More
